Questions about billing
By the average across the month, not by a single reading. We sample how many computers are active in your account on a regular schedule, and your bill is based on the average of those samples.
So a machine you add halfway through the month costs about half a month, and one you retire early stops counting from that day. If you swap 30 laptops in a refresh and the new ones overlap the old ones for a week, you pay for that week of overlap - not for both fleets all month.
Any machine tracked in your Nodavio inventory - desktops, laptops, servers, and other devices you've added - whether entered by hand or reported automatically by AutoDiscovery. Retiring a computer takes it out of the count from that day on, without deleting its history.
No setup fee. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel any time from your account's billing settings - there's no annual commitment.
You still pay the 300 DKK/month base rate - it covers up to 15 computers, not a per-computer discount below that line. The rate only increases once you go past 15.
